Hugo came from an abuse case that happily ended with him in a new wonderful home. He was very neglected and as you can see his skin suffered because of that. Hugo developed masses on his body from abuse wounds that the microbubbles cleaned out and helped heal. Hugo looks and feels wonderful now and is living his best life!
