Severe environmental allergies causing chronic itching, scratching, bacteria, infection etc.  Parents tried medicated shampoos, allergy bites, topical ointments and multiple new diet changes.  Nothing worked.  They then stepped up the game to drugs of cytopoint shots which helped him find some relief  with his itching but never really regrow his hair.
